These terms apply when you use automategreat.com, contact us, or receive text messages from us. Automate Great is a brand of 10 PERCENTERS LLC, 55 NE 2nd St Unit 3918, Miami, FL 33132. In these terms, “Automate Great”, “we” and “us” mean 10 PERCENTERS LLC. By using the site or our messaging program, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We build automated client pipelines for businesses. The exact scope, price and schedule of any project are set in a written scope you approve before work starts. If that written scope and these terms ever conflict, the written scope wins.

Payment

Unless your written scope says otherwise, half the project price is due to start and half at hand-off. Ad spend is not included and is paid by you, in your own ad account.

No promise of results

We promise scope and schedule, not results. We do not promise any specific number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue.

Your accounts

Accounts we set up for your project are set up in your name and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping your logins safe and for how you use those accounts after hand-off, including following the laws that apply to messages you send to your own customers.

SMS / Text Messaging

• Program name: Automate Great.
• Who receives messages: only people who opt in, for example by checking the texting box on our form or opting in through our chat. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• What we send: appointment reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, and customer support messages.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more texts after that. You can opt back in by replying START.
• Help: reply HELP, email info@automategreat.com, or call (786) 706-0482.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including that we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.

Using this site

Content on this site is for general information. Third-party statistics are cited in the site’s Sources and are not our results. Please don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or copy it in bulk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our messaging program, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
