This policy explains what information Automate Great collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Automate Great is a brand of 10 PERCENTERS LLC, 55 NE 2nd St Unit 3918, Miami, FL 33132. In this policy, “Automate Great”, “we” and “us” mean 10 PERCENTERS LLC. It covers automategreat.com, our intake forms, our chat widget, and the emails, calls and text messages we exchange with you.
Information we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about your business when you fill in a form, use our chat, email us, text us, or book or join a call.
- Texting consent. If you check the texting box on our form or opt in through our chat, we record that you agreed, when, and from where.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
- To schedule calls and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare a scope and price, deliver the work you agree to, and provide customer support.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect our site and business.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
We only send text messages to people who have opted in. Messages are about your inquiry, your appointments and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
This does not stop us from using service providers that send messages on our behalf, as described below. They may only use the data to provide that service to us.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run our business: website hosting, email, scheduling, customer-relationship software, messaging and payment processing. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, your information may move with it under this same policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking scripts, and it does not load third-party scripts. Its fonts and images are served from our own site.
If we embed a form, booking calendar or chat widget from our scheduling and customer-relationship provider, that embed may set its own cookies to make it work, for example to remember your session or prevent spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some embedded features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email info@automategreat.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
